 Graham is a Co-Founder of Riata Development. Throughout his career, Graham has been involved with the development of over 5,000 units at a combined project value in excess of $900 million. Prior to starting Riata Development in September 2021, Graham was the Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Legacy Partners, a national multifamily developer based in California, where he focused on the Texas and Tennessee markets. While at Legacy Partners, he led and facilitated all site acquisitions, development, due diligence, entitlements, design, and asset management.

Prior to joining Legacy Partners, Graham served as the Development Manager at Integrated Real Estate Group, a developer and builder of multifamily and senior housing, where he managed several projects in Texas through all stages of design and city review. He was previously a Development Manager at JPI, a national developer and builder of Class A multifamily, where he evaluated and negotiated deal terms for multifamily development sites and was responsible for all predevelopment activities.

Graham is a Texas native. He grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and attended Baylor University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute.
